How ready is the business for sale? This is a critical issue. We need to make sure that before a business is offered for sale, everything that might be required by the Buyer's Accountant, Solicitor and Advisors is ready to present to them. Is the Lease in order? are Service Agreements current? if there is a Franchise Agreement is it current? These are all things that need to be checked.

Maximizing the Business Sale Price

By making a few relatively minor adjustments to the business we can sometimes increase its value by as much at 25%. The value of a business is directly related to profitability and the risks associated with making that profit.

Exit Planning Seminars

For a nominal cost we hold regular monthly Exit Planning Seminars, usually after 7pm on a variety of week nights.
